  • We rent the lights and materials to you each year you decide to work with us. The price you pay in year 1, is the price you can pay in year 2 and 3, if you so choose to have us come back. We operate on 1 year contracts so you aren't ever locked in long term.

    This includes design, install, ANY maintenance/repair/replacements*, takedown, and storage. All for one all-inclusive price!

    If you want to want to add product, we can price that out accordingly.

    *Vandalism not covered, and will need to be replaced at cost.

  • We only install our materials... for a few reasons...

    Insurance! We are only insured for our own products.

    Quality guarantee! We can't ensure 100% happiness and quality if we don't know exactly what we are installing. We provide commercial grade LEDs- far stronger, brighter, and longer-lasting compared to the big box store products. All are customized to your property specifically.

    Consistency! We aim to provide the BEST products at the best service and price possible. If we aren't using our own products, we can't do that.

  • The lights we use are not designed for year round use, we typically keep them up for 4 months max, to ensure brightness and overall quality.

    If you want them up for longer periods, we can build in service check-ups to ensure light safety and quality.

  • Nope! You can have us install for 1 year, or for the rest of your life!

    We offer you the same price from year 1 in year 2 and 3 after signing on with us, but that is only if you WANT us to come back. This is simply to reward and thank you for your business. This of course prevents against inflation and rising business costs for you! We also store all lights to ensure quality.

  • At this time we do not offer permanent lighting. If you are interested in this reach out and we can recommend a reputable vendor who does offer this.

  • At this time we do not do event lighting for things such as weddings, grad parties, BBQs, etc.

  • We do accept credit cards! There is a 3% add-on if paying with credit card, we accept all major credit cards. Venmo and cash/check payments are accepted as well.

    50% deposit is due to get on our install calendar, with 100% being due prior to install start.
